This book, I believe, is not given enough credit. I believe it does a fairly good job at characterizing what we all fear, death.
To sort of continue my classic era, I read Frankenstein for English, and let me tell you, no one should be scared of classic books.
This book started out slow, then it started to grow (haha, Grinch references). At first I thought it was just a copy of In the After, but although it had the same apocalyptic theme of aliens, that is where the comparisons ended.

I actually had a book review published in Issue 3 of the Panther Times. If you would like to see my review on Rick Riordan's Mark of Athena, then go to "Portfolio: 2012-2013" and read the story called "The Greek Betrayal".
